The Balsera portal for architects and professionals
In our professional portal for architects, interior designers, contractors and dealers, you can download product images in high resolution, find the technical documents for each product in one place and collect the products you are considering for a project in a favourites list. Membership starts with a single registration form.
What the portal offers
Once you sign up, the tools below open in your account. They are all linked to the product catalogue on this site: when a product is added or updated, its images and documents are updated in the portal at the same time.
High-resolution product images
The resource archive lists products that have an image or documents, grouped by main category. You can download the main image of each product at up to 2048 pixels wide, as a WebP file, in one click.
Member-only technical documents
Product documents reserved for members can be downloaded from both the product page and the resource archive once you sign in. BIM and 3D files are listed in the same archive as they are added to products.
Favourites list
Save the products you are considering for a project with the “Favourite” button on product pages. Your list is kept under “My favourites” in your panel, so you can return to those products from there.
Member information on product pages
While you are signed in, documents reserved for members are no longer locked on the product page and download directly. Architect and interior designer accounts also see a short note about technical files on products that have documents.
Who it is for
You choose your profession when you sign up: architect, interior designer, contractor or dealer. The portal tools are the same for every profession; how you use the site and work with our team depends on your line of work.
Architects and interior designers
Prepare presentations and specifications from one account with product images and technical documents. You can browse coordinated surface selections in the collections and see the materials in person at our Ankara showroom.
Contractors
Send project-based bulk supply requests through the “Projects and wholesale” tab on the contact form; our team will review product alternatives suited to the scale of your project with you. Prices are not published on the site; requests are handled through the form.
Dealers
Use your portal account to access product images and documents. You can send wholesale, product and stock questions through the “Projects and wholesale” tab on the contact form.
How to sign up
Membership takes three steps and starts with a single registration form.
- Step 1
Fill in the registration form
Enter your name, email address, a password of at least 8 characters and your profession; company name and phone are optional. To register, you need to confirm that you have read the KVKK privacy notice.
- Step 2
Verify your email address
After you register, a verification link is sent to your email address. The link is valid for 24 hours, and you cannot sign in until your email is verified.
- Step 3
Sign in
Sign in with your email address and password. The resource archive and your favourites list are waiting in your panel.
Product selection and project support
The portal is one way to reach product information. You can also work directly with our team during selection and throughout your project.

See the collections in person at our Ankara showroom; book an appointment for your visit.

Send us your product, sample and project questions; wholesale and export enquiries are handled on the same page too.
