At Balsera we value our visitors' privacy. This policy summarises how information collected through balsera.com.tr is used and protected. Details on the processing of personal data are in our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

Information we collect

Information you submit via forms and the professional portal (name, email, phone, company, message).
Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Technical logs for site security (IP address, browser information) and technical error and performance records that contain no personal data.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, manage your membership, send our newsletter if you have consented, and keep the Site secure and working properly. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: hosting (Germany), email delivery, error monitoring (Sentry; personal data is removed before sending) and encrypted backups (the key is held only by us). The map on the showroom page is loaded from Google only when you allow it in your cookie preferences or click "Show map". Security

Site traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Passwords are stored in irreversible form, backups are encrypted and kept off-site, and access to data is limited to authorised staff.

Retention

Form requests are deleted automatically after 2 years. Other data is kept for as long as the purpose and statutory retention periods require, then deleted or anonymised (details: Privacy Notice (KVKK)).
